These terms and conditions govern your use of the Royal Victoria Collection website and the supply of our engineered stone products. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
"RVC", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Royal Victoria Collection. "You" refers to any visitor to our website or customer placing an order. "Product" refers to any engineered stone slab or related material supplied by RVC.
2. Orders and Quotes
All quotes provided by RVC are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order and any required deposit. RVC reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and exclude GST unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are agreed at the time of order and may include a deposit, progress payment and final balance. Late payments may incur interest at the rate prescribed by law.
4. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only. RVC will use reasonable endeavours to meet agreed dates but accepts no liability for delays caused by suppliers, shipping or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
5. Natural Variation
Engineered stone is a partly natural product. Variations in colour, veining, pattern and finish between samples, displays and supplied slabs are inherent and do not constitute a defect. Customers should view full slabs at a showroom before final selection.
6. Installation
RVC supplies slabs only — installation is the responsibility of a qualified stonemason engaged by the customer. The warranty does not extend to installation defects.
7. Warranty
Our 25 year limited warranty applies as set out in our Warranty page. Activation requires registration within 30 days of installation. Some exclusions apply.
8. Returns and Cancellations
Custom-cut slabs and special orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to a restocking or cancellation fee.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RVC's liability for any defect or breach is limited to the supply of replacement product or refund of the purchase price. We exclude liability for any indirect, consequential or special loss.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text and product names, is owned by or licensed to RVC and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.
